Meet Gizmo! He is a super cute five-month-old Husky/Shepherd mix. We don't know his past, but this adorable fluff ball ended up as a stray at the shelter. Since he was rescued he's been living the life at his foster home. Gizmo is loving, loyal and playful, in short he is a total goofball with silly antics and a face that will steal your heart! Gizmo loves all people and all pets, he can play on his own for hours, join in for tag & tug-a-war with friends, or just snuggle up for a binge night on the couch! Gizmo’s favorites Include: playing with water, chasing his tail, stealing random socks, rigorous ear scratching, and long belly rubs! Gizmo is truly one of a kind and ready to complete your family. Additional adoption info

We require an application, application approval, meet and greet, home check, adoption fee and a contract.

2 months -12 months: $425
1 year - 6 years $375
7 years+ - $325

Adoption fee includes :

Shots up to date of adoption, wellness exam, fecal test,
Spay/neuter, Micro-chip and any other medical needed.

We also require to stay first on the micro-chip info for life and have a life time return policy on all our rescue dogs adopted out.

Unfortunately, we do not adopt out of state under any circumstances. We recommend that you visit your local shelter or dog rescues in your area if you are looking to adopt.

I.C.A.R.E. is an all breed, no kill dog rescue. We rescue dogs at risk of being euthanized from shelters, abandoned, abused, and stray dogs. We also rescue many owner surrendered dogs; which are dogs that can no longer remain in their current homes due to financial or personal issues. I.C.A.R.E. Dog Rescue is dedicated to reducing the number of dogs that are euthanized in our shelters each and everyday. We focus on rescuing and rehabilitating them in loving foster homes until they are adopted into their permanent homes. We also focus on educating the public regarding specific breeds, rescue, and general information regarding the canine species. We are a 100% volunteer run and supported organization that cannot survive without the help of loving fosters, volunteers, and benefactors.
