Luma is a shy girl, but if she's in a safe space, she loves pets and will purr her little heart out and make tiny biscuits. She loves to play and will chase a string all day with you.
She was found with her mama, three sisters, and a brother in a little nest in our backyard. Her mama decided the babies needed a better life and meowed at us until we came over and found them. They first moved onto our back porch, and then later into a spare room because it was just too hot outside for them. None of the shelters could take them, so we've fostered them for the past several months, took them to the vet, and made sure they were healthy and fully weaned. Two of the five kittens have gone to new homes, but Luma and her two sisters still need their forever homes. The vet estimates that they are a little under four months old at this point.
