Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I'm Conoco. I'm a fun loving pup that was born on 5/11. My mom was a stray (most likely dumped) at a gas station in Houston, Texas. After 4 months on her own, and two weeks up, she ended up at a kill shelter. I'm not really sure what that means but this great rescue took us all in and now I'm waiting for my forever home!
I'm a very sweet boy and my foster just adores me. She says if she didn't have a full house, I'd stay. She said something about us being such a great litter with awesome dispositions.
I've been living with my sister (Bossette) and 6 foster siblings. We have a great time. There are two dogs here that usually take awhile to warm up to puppies and they really like me. I guess I've got the charm and I know how to listen to them.
When I'm not playing with my housemates, I'm a lovebug. I love climbing up on my foster mom's lap and taking a snooze. Foster mom says I'm a bit more chill than some of the other dogs she's fostered at my age. Don't get me wrong, I'm very much a puppy but I do now how to snuggle too!
I sleep in a crate at night and I do great with it. I will wake foster mom up if I have to go potty. During the day, foster mom works at home so I get a lot of potty breaks but sometimes she has to stand outside with me to remind me to go.
I'm up to date on my shots, I've been getting stuff to help prevent worms and fleas/ticks. I also had this little chip implanted in me so I can always find my way back home! I am not neutered and that will fall on the responsibility of the person who adopts me. I'm not sure what pediatric spays/neuters are but I guess we don't do them because there's more benefit to having me grow first.
We have no idea who my dad is but mom is a very sweet Pointer/Lab mix that will weigh about 45lbs. I guess I will stay on the smaller side.
