I was a stray and an animal lover observed an unfixed male dog mating with me and contacted SPOT. SPOT brought her into their care ASAP so she could be fixed, preventing an unwanted pregnancy, and find her forever home.

We are the Wharton County Stray Pet Outreach Team (SPOT). We are a foster-based program. We spay/neuter, vaccinate, heartworm test and medically treat all the animals that we offer for adoption.
We are not animal control and do not have a facility. SPOT dogs and cats live in foster homes in Texas that provide a healthy and loving environment which prepares them to become life-long companions for their adoptive families.
