My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Ava is a young, playful tabby that likes attention. She is a little shy at first and has the unique distinction of being polydactyl. She sometimes nips people during play, probably because she has been declawed, so a household with young children is not recommended.

More about this rescue

Our threefold mission is to provide cats in need a forever home, be a sanctuary where cats will have a second chance to live a full life in a no-cage, no-kill environment, and to lead the effort to make Central Illinois a no-kill community by ending euthanasia as a method of controlling feline populations.
