Alabama Shakes, born approximately 4/1/24, has an interesting background…..he has a slight “shakey head”. No one exactly knows if his head shaking has anything to do with head trauma that happened when he was a baby or not? But whatever it is hasn’t slowed this guy down by any means He can run, jump, play, cuddle and purr He works hard so he can play hard He loves to help around the house with your daily chores he would do well with another kitty in the family or a dog (depending on the dog)??

Adoption events are held at the Fair Oaks Petco (Madison at Hazel) on Saturdays from noon to 4pm.

Our kitties are FeLV tested (negative), spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, flea treated, and microchipped. However, since the majority of our kitties are rescued from local high-kill shelters or 'from the streets', their backgrounds are unknown and we cannot guarantee the temperament or any unforeseen health problems that may arise with rescued animals. Our kitties are housed in foster homes in Sacramento County, California. Potential adopters are selected through an adoption screening process. There is a nominal adoption fee that goes towards the care of the kitties.
