Rex and Snow have been through everything together. They are bonded husky/shepherd mixes and love each other very much. They came into the Carlsbad animal shelter together and their wonderful foster mom took them in when they had no time left. They are both 3 years old and weigh around 65-69lbs each. Rex is the leader of the two and always watches out for Snow. He is dog selective and seems to prefer female dogs over male ones. Snow is the shy one of the two and looks to Rex for guidance and seems to be fine with other dogs. Snow tends to follow what Rex does. But both dogs are incredibly sweet and loving. It would be best for them to go together to a home since they are so bonded. They are very healthy and we would love to find a family that can dedicate the time to train and exercise them.Their foster mom says that they would be best in a home that has at least a 10 foot high fence. They are great dogs and just need leadership and training like any other dog. They also love treats! Will you be their forever home and forever family? 🐕

Submit Application

Submit an online application on our website and someone from our team will respond to you within 3 days.

2.
Home Check

We will speak with you to ensure the pet you are interested in is the best match! Then, we will schedule your virtual home check.

3.
Approve Application

Your application will be approved if everything checks and then you will be in our system as an approved adopter.

4.
Meet the Pet

We will arrange for you to meet the pet and foster family. All resident dogs must also be part of the meet and greet.

5.
Sign Adoption Contract

If all goes well and you want to adopt you will sign our adoption contract that we email to you.

6.
Pay Fee

You will then pay the adoption fee to us through Venmo or Paypal.

7.
Take the Pet Home

Congratulations! You can then take your new furry friend home!

Additional adoption info

Our application process is a no-obligation application. So even if you are not sure about a pet that you applied for, you can stay in our system as an approved adopter - unless you change home residences then you will need to re-apply.

As a dedicated non-profit 501(c)(3) foster-based pitbull rescue, our mission is to save bully breeds/pit bulls from shelters and find them loving homes. Pitbulls are incredibly social dogs that thrive on being included in family activities and maintaining their social interactions.
