My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Xena is an absolutely beautiful female German Shepherd who was brought to the shelter by the police on July 25th after responding to complaints regarding a dog locked in the rear of a property. After getting in touch with her owner, they decided to surrender her to the shelter. The officers speculated that she was being kept outside and noted that she was emaciated. They remarked that she was "wonderful, gave them no issues, and despite her condition was a "strong puller.

With the proper guidance, this lovely lady will be a shining star! She knows sit and is eager to please especially when treats are involved. Due to some eagerness to eat treats, she would do best in a home with kids 10 and older.
