My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Karen! She is a volunteer favorite at the shelter and can’t wait to find her favorite human in her new home! At only 2 years old and under 50 pounds she’s the perfect angel for someone looking for a lifelong companion. She loves going out for walks and is very well mannered on a leash!

Karen was also recently in a foster home and came back with a glowing report card:
Crate Trained
Potty Trained
Medium Energy, but loves to settle down on her bed or in her crate
Dog friendly
Cats probably a no, maybe a dog savvy cat
Knows basic commands like Sit, Stay, Come, & Down and is eager to learn more
Not a big barker
Good leash manners
Attentive
Friendly towards men and women, kids unknown but probably a yes
Did well with baths
