My Story: I had a tough start in life. My mom was being raised in a restaurant where they eat dogs 😢. She was taken away, but my siblings and I were rescued. Now, I’m ready to find a loving family! 🏞️💪
My Personality:
• I’m a bit shy at first, but give me a snack, and I’ll warm up to you! 🍪💕
• You can lift me by putting your arm under my belly. 🐶
• Once we’re friends, I’ll show you my belly for rubs! 🐾
• I’m friendly with dogs I know and even strange dogs, always ready to greet and play! 🐕🤝
• I’m generally friendly towards dogs my size or smaller. 🐕🐩
• I avoid confrontation, even if other dogs provoke me. 🐾✌️
• I haven’t met any cats yet, so I’m not sure about them. 🐱❓
• I love outdoor activities but enjoy resting quietly afterward. 🌳😴
• I tend to pull on the leash but generally follow people well. 🚶♂️🐾
• I don’t guard my food from people or other dogs. 🍲🐾
• I hardly ever bark. 🐶🤫
• I’m calm in a kennel. 🏠
• I fear getting in the car and need to be lifted in. 🚗
• I generally only do my business outside. 🚽🌳
Special Notes:
• I’m very people-friendly but get nervous when strangers approach. After three days, I build trust and stick to my person. Even on my first day in my foster home, I slept next to my foster parent. 🛏️❤️
• At first, I wasn’t food-motivated, but after a week, I love to eat! 🍖
• I’m very affectionate and want to stay next to my person all the time but don’t show separation anxiety. I rest when people leave and get super energetic when they come back! 🏡🎉
• I LOVE people and wag my tail like crazy. When I want to play, I might bite heels like a baby, but I stop when you say no. 🐾👟
• I’m good with friends and used to guard resources in the shelter, but I don’t guard anything in my foster home and share snacks with friends. 🐕🍪
• I’m calm inside the house but love to run and play with other friends in the backyard. 🏡🐾
• I’m very kind and would do best with a male dog companion. I love toys! 🧸
