🐾 Hi there! I’m Yong! 🐾
I’m a charming 3-year-old Terrier mix with a lovely white and brown coat. I weigh 9 kg, making me the perfect size for snuggles and adventures! 🥰
My Personality:
• I’m a bit shy at first, but give me a snack and I’ll quickly warm up to you! 🍪
• You can lift me by putting your arm under my belly. I’m light and easy to handle! 🪶
• Once I get to know you, I’ll happily show you my belly. It’s my way of saying I trust you! 🐾
• I like to greet other dogs, but I don’t really play with them. I’m more of a people-dog. 🐕
• I’m generally friendly towards dogs that are smaller than me. 🐶
• When I see a cat during a walk, I stay focused on my human. Cats don’t distract me! 🐱
• I enjoy outdoor activities and have a normal energy level. After a fun time outside, I like to rest quietly. 🌳
• I have plenty of walking experience and follow my human well without pulling on the leash. 🚶‍♂️
• I don’t guard my food and am calm around other dogs and people. 🍽️
• I’m potty trained and use both indoor pads and go outside for my bathroom needs. 🚽

Most of our dogs are currently in Korea. After we give approvals, we arrange the flight schedule for rescued dogs. Some of our rescued dogs are being fostered in GTA. Please check their locations on profiles.

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.

We are committed to finding forever homes for dogs in Canada.
Chenny's Happy Tails Korea rescues and rehabilitates dogs to make them ready to be adopted.
Chenny's Happy Tails Canada works on finding the best adopter for each dog who can provide them a forever loving home and reliable care.
