🐾 Hi there! I’m Yedam! 🐾
I’m a lovely 3-year-old Retriever/Jindo mix with a beautiful tan coat. I weigh 17 kg, making me the perfect size for all kinds of adventures and snuggles! 🥰
My Story: I wandered into a city center and was rescued. Now, I’m staying at an adoption café, waiting for my forever home where I can share all my love and joy. 💖
My Personality:
• I’m very affectionate and love to rub against people, whether I know them or not. I’m always ready for some pets! 🐶
• I’m a bit shy at first, but give me a snack and I’ll quickly warm up to you! 🍪
• I welcome children under 13 years old and take snacks well from them. 🧒
• I don’t like being lifted by having an arm put under my belly. 🪶
• Once I get to know you, I’ll happily show you my belly. It’s my way of saying I trust you! 🐾
• I love meeting new dogs and always ask them to play. I’m a friendly girl! 🐕
• I’m generally friendly towards dogs of a similar size to myself. 🐶
• When I see a cat during a walk, I stay focused on my human. Cats don’t distract me! 🐱
• I enjoy outdoor activities and have a normal energy level. After a fun time outside, I like to rest quietly. 🌳
• I tend to pull on the leash a bit, but I generally follow my human well. 🚶‍♂️
• I don’t guard my food and am calm around other dogs and people. 🍽️
• I’m very calm in a kennel and use both indoor pads and go outside for my bathroom needs. 🚽
Fun Facts:
• When I first see you, I might get too excited with high energy, but I calm down after a while. 🥳
• I’m very energetic but don’t run to human food while people are eating. However, I might steal food if no one’s watching! 🍗
• I need some training because my energy is high when I meet someone for the first time, but I can rest quietly after a while. 💤
• My personality is very Retriever-like, and I’m great with families who have had Retrievers or want one. 🐾

We are against the slaughter and consumption of dogs in Korea.
In Korea, there are many dogs that are kept in overcrowded cages in dog-meat facilities. They are sent to the market after being tortured to death. Although the consumption of dog meat is increasingly controversial and the vast majority of younger generations do not believe in dog meat, there are still many dogs that need to be rescued from farms and streets on which they have been abandoned/mistreated by humans.
