My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Bonnie was left to die after being hit by a car south of Tijuana. Luckily, thanks to numerous, loving, people, she is still with us! When Robin heard first heard about Bonnie and her current (at the time) situation, she jumped right into action! It was Friday afternoon when she was alerted and by Saturday Morning, Bonnie was at our vet in San Diego!
She was put into casts to help her legs set and then spent some time recovering with Robin and friends.
Bonnies healing journey was not over after her casts. Some of her bones weren’t going to set correctly and she would have a hard time in life without extra support.
Bonnies prayers were answered yet again when she had the opportunity to meet with an orthopedic surgeon. The surgeon placed metal plates in her back legs and hips so she would be able to (after recovery) walk and run with ease!
This was made possible by a wonderful family in the community who graciously offered to sponsor her for this costly surgery. We want to thank them from the bottom of our hearts for helping her! She will be able to live a full and complete life thanks to them!!
While Bonnie is still recovering, she is still available for adoption! She hasn’t let this bump in the road affect her wonderful aura. She is very mellow, kind, loving and listens very well! She is such a happy girl and is always beaming even if she is stuck laying down. She is going to make a wonderful addition to any home. She survived and is here for a reason! We hope the treason includes you! Apply on our website today!
