Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Bunty's foster says she's been an easy guest in her home. We feel she would do best in a home with adults or dog-savvy kids 13+. Her foster recently filled us in on how Bunty is doing with her family. She writes,
"... she's truly one of the nicest dogs I've ever cared for. She wants to be close to her people, but handles separation without problem. She doesn't use a crate - perfectly behaved and loves her bed.
No accidents, she'll give you a gentle nose tap or put her head in your lap when she wants to go outside. She rarely barks and settles quickly with a reassuring word.
Amazing on leash - no pulling, loves to greet strangers, not dog reactive, ignores cars, trucks, motorcycles. Loves to go for walks.
She seems like an old soul to me. Other than her occasional zoomies outside, she quietly observes the world through her beautiful eyes. She adores cuddles, petting, and brushing but isn't pushy about getting attention. She just wants to be part of a family.
She's a favorite of the PAWS team and now I know why. She's had a tough life and now deserves the best... She was seriously underweight prior to staying a couple weeks with a prior foster and now with us. She's looking better and eats and takes her meds like a champ.
