Having come from an unstable and unkind environment, Kira finds it difficult to open up to new people, making her feel shut down here at the shelter. But behind her reserved demeanor is a heart full of love waiting to be unlocked.
Kira tends to bond deeply with her person, especially women, and would thrive in a quiet home where she can feel safe and secure. Once she trusts you, Kira transforms into a delightful snuggle bug who is eager to play and show her affectionate side. She has a joyful spirit and loves to let loose with those happy zoomies in a big backyard or on a large property where she can run freely and explore.
