My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

I make friends (humans and dogs) very easily. I love lounging around the house, pets, belly rubs and treats! I am a potty-trained and leash-trained boy! I am very affectionate, easy-going and sweet! I am a low-energy guy who loves to chill!! I currently live with my foster parents in a townhouse with no yard and I go on 3 short walks per day and that seems to work for me! I even do fine when left alone (out of my crate) and have not made any messes! I am working on crate training now and am making strides! I don’t love car rides but I tolerate them just fine. My foster parents adore me and I receive compliments from new friends about how good I am! I was found as a stray on 08/02/24 with a superficial cut on my left front leg. Thankfully, it was caught early and treated with antibiotics. The vet is very happy with how well this is healing and says it will continue to heal fully with no additional treatment!

Come visit us and meet our wonderful adoptable pets! All adoptions are first come, first serve. All pets in the shelter must be adopted in person at 1818 North Westmoreland Road.

You must be 18 years-old to adopt a pet.

When picking up your new pet, please bring your driver’s license or other government-issued photo ID.
