Meet Jigglypuff (smaller) and Wigglypuff (larger)! These two sweethearts are bonded brothers that must stay together. Both boys have very severe Cerebellar Hypoplasia (CH, or Wobble Kitty syndrome). It is not painful, it does not progress over time, and it does not impact overall health or their lifespan. Neither of them are able to walk, and it is very highly unlikely they ever will without help. We are currently trying to train Wigglypuff to use a wheelchair. They need assistance eating their wet food, and may need to be cleaned up after mealtimes. Silicone bowls are best for these two and they do eat dry food on their own. They do not make it to their bathroom area consistently, so they would be great candidates for diapers. Because their bathroom struggles, they need frequent baths. Both boys are pretty good at taking baths, although sometimes Wigglypuff throws a bit of a fit. They have a specific setup in their playpen with their food/water and bathroom spots. They stay in their pen when their foster mom cannot watch/play them and during the night. Both boys absolutely adore snuggle time. They could spend all day in your lap! They serenade you with their purrs whenever they see people they like and in general when they are happy. Their favorite toys are wand toys, stuffed mice, and the balls on tracks. They also enjoy cat TV. Jigglypuff is very vocal, while Wigglypuff is more quiet. Jigglypuff loves other cats and just wants to play with them. He also likes to play with dogs. Wigglypuff prefers to stick next to his brother, but isn’t bothered by other animals. Although they cannot walk or move much on their own, these two are the happiest peas in the pod! They are looking for someone patient, snuggly, and who doesn’t mind the extra work, because they are worth it. Because of the level of care these two require, foster-to-adopt would be best.
