Otis is a sweet and handsome boy who was wandering alone along a country road until he stumbled upon his foster family. He makes doggie and human friends wherever he goes and hopes to soon find his furever home!

Southern Tails Rescue is a 501c3 nonprofit, supported by local community donations in order to ensure the physical and medical well-being of the dogs. We rely solely on the financial support of our donors’ generosity as well as any fundraisers we host, and the time and energy of our volunteers. We focus on rescuing dogs from rural shelters and streets in the surrounding areas of Charleston, South Carolina. We believe every paw has a tale.
