Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
Koda is an extremely sweet, sensitive boy who came to PACC in need of additional socialization and confidence building. He spent about a month in a foster home and made huge progress- now he just needs a forever home! Here’s what Koda’s foster said:
“Koda is a very happy dog and loves to be outside. He loves cheese. He doesn`t like thunderstorms and needs comfort and reassurance that everything will be okay (he tries to hide in a closet or under the bed). He bonds with his primary caregiver but he will need help and training to socialize with others. He can give his paw and sit. He`s very relaxed once he`s familiar with the home. He would benefit from having a yard as he enjoys sitting in the sun. He sometimes gets the `zoomies` and wants to play that way. He will chew on edible dog bones like Busy Bones. He doesn`t yet understand how to play with other toys. He is a very good soul and he just needs some patience, space, and training.”
Koda was housebroken in his foster home and was working hard to be comfortable on leash. Back in the shelter, Koda is doing great with his leash training and has come leaps and bounds! Koda has mainly kept to himself when meeting other dogs in playgroup and may benefit from a calm, confident furry friend to show him the ropes in his future home. Please ask about Koda today!
