Cavalli is a lovable pocket pittie who finds himself in a rescue shelter due to his owner's divorce. Despite the heartbreaking circumstances, he remains sweet and affectionate towards everyone he meets. However, he can also be quite stubborn at times, typical of his breed. His stocky build gives him a strong and sturdy appearance, although he could benefit from losing a few pounds. Not his favorite activity, but Cavalli will go along on walks. At this point, he is struggling due to his weight and his short snout. He is a well-behaved dog who is house-broken and enjoys a sedate lifestyle making him the perfect addition to any loving home. Despite his current situation, Cavalli has so much love to give and is eagerly waiting for a new forever home where he can be showered with the love and attention he deserves.
This dog is sheltered in a foster based, nonprofit rescue. The Adoption Fee Includes Age-Appropriate Vaccinations (DA2PPV, Bordetella, Rabies), Deworming, Spay/Neuter, Microchip, Flea, Tick and Heartworm Treatment and Prevention, and Sheltering. Adult Dogs are Heartworm Tested and Treated as Needed. FOCCAS does not DNA test or guarantee breed.
Adoption Fee: Local = $300 - Transport = $600 (out of state to Great Lakes or New England regions)
