My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Violet! This one year old mixed breed girl has the most adorable face with her two black eyes and white, freckled snout and wet black nose. She came to the shelter with few social skills like leash walking but has always loved people, attention and cookies. She has come so far in her leash walking and even starting to learn the sit command from some of the volunteers She’s around 50 lbs and will need regular exercise but she’s not high maintenance in that area. She will need more basic training and potty training added to her curriculum, she’s smart and treat motivated. With cookies all things are possible. Violet is dog friendly with other kind dogs. She may even benefit from having a canine companion in her home to show her the ropes. All in all, a loving patient adopter will get a loving, loyal companion. Please come meet Violet and in the meantime scroll on down to the my diary section for additional photos and video.
