My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My mom is a 35 pound ChowChow.
I'm a very sweet and playful puppy, but can be a bit nervous around strangers. I have always lived with kids, so should do fine in a home with a kid (my last kid was 9). I'll make a great family addition or companion to a single person as I get attached to my family quickly and am just a super loving girl.
I'm doing well on my housebreaking and crate training. I've lived in an apartment for the last couple of months, and am hoping for a home with a yard (or one where I will get more exercise).
I've been the only pet for the last few months of my life, so may do best as the only pet in the home or with an adopter who is willing to train me to share my people with other dogs.

Additional adoption info

We are setting up adoptions with approved adopters on an appointment basis. We are no longer hosting adoption events at PetSmart until further notice. We are not arranging meet and greets; but appointments to finalize adoptions to limit exposure for all. Our adoptions come with a one week trial period in which if things are not working out, we will refund your adoption fee if you decide to return your newly adopted Faithful Friend. Our adoptions must be done in person at PetSmart (3736 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville, FL 32608) and we do not arrange transport to adopters. Our adoption fees vary and we are only able to accept payments by card at this time but include spay/neuter, heartworm test (dogs), FeLV/FIV test (cats), age appropriate vaccines and deworming, flea, tick and heartworm medication and microchip.

Founded in February 2018, Faithful Friends Pet Rescue and Rehoming, Inc is an organization dedicated to rescue and rehoming of dogs and cats in need. While we are always happy for high adoption numbers, that is never our focus. Our focus is always the animals themselves - providing the best care for each animal in our program while we search for a loving, permanent home.
