Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
My name is Jess and I currently live with my foster family that has two resident dogs and a teenager. I am currently 40lbs, spayed and am told that I am the perfect size dog for anyone. I am a little timid when meeting people for the first time, but warm up quickly. I am potty trained, and use my crate when my people are not home. I am great at snuggling and love my people. I am an energetic girl, which enjoys balls, chew toys, water buffalo horns, and other toys. My foster mom said I would do well with an active person or family. I go on multiple walks a day and am well behaved on leash as well as playing in my yard. I know how to sit when asked with a treat and am very soft in the mouth when I take treats. I travel well in the car as long as it is in the back seat. I am very quiet and settle down quickly. I tend not to bark a lot, but will alert you when someone is at the door. Are you my person or family? -------------------------------------------- All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption.
Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions. If they came to our rescue as an owner surrender, the breed description will be listed as provided by the previous owner.

The mission of Warrior Dog Rescue is to save the dogs that are homeless, left abandoned in shelters, are surrendered by their owners, those that are being abused and neglected, and those that are left wandering. We are committed to providing them the medical care they need, helping them to overcome their past by providing them loving, educated foster homes, finding them their perfect forever home by means of a thorough adoption process, and guiding them on their journey into their new life. They all deserve a “good dog life… every single one of them.”
Warrior Dog Rescue will be a model rescue by partnering with overcrowded shelters that need to make room for more abandoned dogs. We will continue to educate others about responsible dog ownership in regards to safety, spay/neuter, nutrition, obedience, socializing, abuse, and neglect. We acknowledge that we will have a role in this industry to take the lead on providing awareness to others in the community and across the country. Every dog will know what it feels like to be loved till the end of their life.
