My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Buttons!

This sweet, perfectly behaved girl is one of our favorites. She is a chunky 28lbs and could use to be just a few pounds lighter, but couldn't we all?!

Buttons is some kind of small to medium poodle mix and a beautiful chocolate color. She is great with all size dogs, very friendly with people, housetrained and crate trained. She is estimated to be a young 7 years old.

Buttons is spayed, vaccinated and microchipped and just completed heartworm treatment. Her adoption fee is $300 and she is in Clearwater.

More about this rescue

We are a non-breed specific dog rescue group, although we do tend to take in mostly large and extra-large breeds, and especially those in the hunting / sporting groups.

Love for Paws exists to protect and advocate for dogs in our community through responsible adoption, the donation of supplies and veterinary care to those in need, by assisting in the effort to limit the overpopulation of these animals and by promoting kindness and healthy opportunity for life.
