My name is Ralphie. I was rescued by this nice volunteer when my old owner wanted to dump me in the shelter because they did not want me anymore. I dont understand why. I am a year old and a very lovable boy. I love playing with my foster brothers. I really really like going for walks and the park and love hanging around with my foster parents. I love being cuddled and kissed and give kisses back. I promise I will be the best dog ever. I really love my foster family but would like to have a family that I can call my own.
