Froggy is a 3 year old pup who loves everyone that he meets and greets them with a hug and a kiss! He was rescued from the streets in Villas del Sol with his siblings and mom and is the only one remaining. This guy would do great in any household that will provide him with enough exercise, love and structure to keep him happy. He’s a very sweet and smart boy, with lots of energy and love to give.
Sometimes a dog takes a little more time to open up, you may see them showing more and more of their personality over the course of the first few days, weeks or even months! We don’t know all that they’ve been through before they were rescued, but they are so forgiving and full of love and it’s worth every tough moment in the end. Developing a trusting relationship with your rescue dog is the most important thing. Stability, patience, positive reinforcement and love are the most important things!
Froggy is vaccinated, microchipped, dewormed and sterilized and will come with his medical booklet.

Il a été sauvé des rues de Villas del Sol avec ses frères et sœurs et sa mère et est le seul survivant. Ce type ferait très bien dans n’importe quel foyer qui lui fournirait suffisamment d’exercice, d’amour et de structure pour le garder heureux. C’est un garçon très doux et intelligent, avec beaucoup d’énergie et d’amour à donner.
Parfois un chien met un peu plus de temps à s'ouvrir, vous le verrez peut-être montrer de plus en plus sa personnalité au cours des premiers jours, semaines voire mois ! Nous ne savons pas tout ce qu’ils ont vécu avant d’être secourus, mais ils sont tellement indulgents et pleins d’amour et chaque moment difficile en vaut finalement la peine. Développer une relation de confiance avec votre chien de sauvetage est la chose la plus importante. La stabilité, la patience, le renforcement positif et l’amour sont les choses les plus importantes !

Go meet their pets
We are presently foster based so the meetings will take place where the dogs are being kept and that way the potential family can also discuss the good and bad habits of that dog to see if it's the right fit. The families need to be willing to work on a behaviour if it needs work and to provide the appropriate time and patience for the dog to accllimate to it's new home!

We are a small shelter with lots of experience with dogs and rescuing. I worked for a larger shelter in the past but didn't always appreciate the way things were handled so I decided to branch out in a smaller scale but with all of the wonderful contacts and information that I've learned in the past decade + of doing rescue! Dogs are my passion and I would love to place as many as possible in their loving, furever homes!
