Meet Edmond, the sweetest senior Dachshund around! At 14 years old and weighing 19 pounds, this gentle old man has a heart full of love to give. Edmond may be a little hard of hearing and have short legs, but that doesn't stop him from enjoying life's simple pleasures. He loves to bask in the sun, take leisurely short walks, and explore his surroundings with a calm curiosity.

Edmond is fully house trained and gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes. He's a respectful and easy-going companion who appreciates the company of other animals but also values his own space. One of his favorite things is spending time with humans—he absolutely adores giving kisses and soaking up affection, especially from kids.

Edmond is the perfect mix of independence and companionship. He enjoys exploring the yard, sleeping by himself on the couch overnight, and has no anxiety when left alone. His favorite pastime? Sitting on a cushioned chair outside, just taking in the world around him. He’s comfortable with a few stairs but prefers to be carried down a full flight.
