Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
This litter is super sweet and super sassy, just as their breed typically is!
Their mama found herself in rescue after being found on the side of the road with a few other westies. 2 of them ended up pregnant and we were asked to help one. We took in Miss Mozzerella and 2 weeks later she blessed us with 6 beautiful pups.
These pups have been well socialized and are currently being fostered in a home with a cat, several other big dogs and 3 children. They are pros at playing, running, tugging and chewing :) These pups will need lots of continued socialization and training. We do believe the black collar puppy is completely deaf, but it doesn't slow him down one bit! The pups are already pros at using their litter box and we hope it will help make potty training a breeze.
The females are very spicy with other females. Even the doberman resident dog. We would prefer those two not be placed with other females. Breed experience will be preferred.
If you are interested in adopting one of our little cheese pups please fill out an application at Www.zoeshouserescue.com
The pups have all had first vaccines, wormer and are microchipped. They will be adopted out under a spay contract with an additional deposit as they are too young to alter. Adopters must agree to have them altered by 6 months of age. Because of the spay neuter contract, adopters must be within 2 hours of Reading PA.

Who We Are:
Zoe's House, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) non-profit animal welfare group based out of Sinking Spring,PA. We are comprised solely of volunteers that generously volunteer their time, their homes and their hearts. We are dedicated to rescuing homeless, neglected or abandoned animals from high kill shelters or from owners who can no longer care for them. We provide the animals with loving foster care, veterinary treatment and rehabilitation until we are able to pair them with compatible and loving forever homes. At times we also offer permanent sanctuary to those with special or medical needs and that are considered unadoptable.
Zoe's House serves as a resource to our community and to our adopters by providing education and information on responsible pet ownership, the importance of spay/neuter, behavior training, nutrition, puppy mill awareness, heartworm preventative and breed education. Our organization also networks with other shelters and rescues. We try to assist other organizations when possible.
Zoe’s House is not federally funded, and relies solely on donations to continue to rescue. Although we are not breed specific, the need to save Dobermans, Rottweilers, German Shepherds and Pitbulls is ever growing; therefore, we have focused primarily on saving the lives of our beloved and majestic strong breeds.
What We do:
There are many people involved in the rescue, rehabilitation and re-homing of each dog we take in. Our rescue effort starts with the initial intake request for a dog. Whether this be at a shelter of from an individual in the community, we try to gather as much information as we can. We then pickup or transport the dog to safety in rescue. At this time we administer immediate veterinary care to determine the health of the dog and ensure the animal has proper immunizations. We also have bloodwork done for a heartworm check, lyme, fecal and sometimes a blood panel depending on the age and health of the dog. The dog remains in "in-home" foster care and becomes a part of the fosters family for an undefined period of time. We evaluate the dog and work on basic manners and obedience. At times we have dogs for a longer duration due to health and/or age. The dogs in our care come with us to adoption events, home screenings, and ultimately permanent placement. Zoe's House then provides post-adoption follow-up and support and welcomes the new family to the "Zoe's House Family!" We strive to stay in close contact with all of our adopters to ensure the transition and life long relationship continues to be magical. We remain dedicated to the principal that we never want one of our rescues to end up in a shelter or in a home that does not provide a responsible and loving environment for the life of the animal.
We truly believe that one dog at a time... we are making a difference!
