Kid- and Cat-Friendly!! Lap cat alert!! Introducing Rocky, a stunning kitty who’s on the hunt for his forever home. Adopted as a 4-5 month old kitten in January 2022, Rocky was returned 5/2024 due to family allergies, but his affectionate nature remains as strong as ever. This big, handsome boy weighs a solid 11.8 pounds and is eager to find a home where he can receive all the love and attention he deserves.
Rocky is no ordinary pebble- he’s a gem stone! He loves to play and give nose boops. He’s never shy about climbing onto your lap to ask for snuggles. Rocky has done well with small children. He is very outgoing with other cats, so he has gotten along with his big, energetic foster brothers and could probably hold his own with a dog. However, his friendliness and curiosity might come across a little too strong for more reserved feline friends. Rocky would do great in a busy house where he can be part of the activity and get his fill of snuggles and play.
Please check out his short video: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/RQ9jxPE9x-I .
His foster mom says, 'He was originally thought to be not good with other cats based on his reaction to the community room at the Trainer clinic. At my house, where he had more time to adjust, he did great with my two young male cats. He loved wrestling, playing, and snuggling with them. He is pretty assertive, which was fine with my boys, but might not be appreciated by other cats who are a little more reserved.'
Rocky was playing with his foster family, but he is now looking forward to your visit in our Brandywine PetSmart adoption center. Please ask to meet him! Thank you!
If interested, please submit an online no-obligation Adoption Application @ https://forgottencats.org/adoption-application/. Thank you! (Foster: Hilary M.)
