My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Meet Reba: A Brave Survivor Ready for a Loving Home

Unfortunately, no cats, no kids and better as the only Princess in a female only home for Reba. Please submit an application on our website to meet Reba.

Some dogs just tug at your heart and Reba is one of them. This girl has been failed by humans so many times in her short life, yet she aims to please. Reba is a 1 year, 11-month-old German Shepherd with a story that speaks to her incredible resilience and courage. Despite a heartbreaking past where her previous owner tied her to a tree and shot her with a BB gun, Reba's spirit remains unbroken.

This brave girl has scars, but they don’t define her. Reba is sweet, loving, and eager to find a forever home where she can experience the kindness and care she truly deserves. She is a testament to the strength of a dog’s spirit and the healing power of love.

Because Reba's previous owner was a male, Reba would be best suited in a female household. She is very smart, has basic obedience training, house trained, and crate trained, a master at you hide it, she will find it. She would also benefit from continued training to build her confidence. She is looking for a compassionate and understanding home that can provide her with the love and security she’s been missing. With the right care, Reba will continue to blossom into the wonderful companion she was always meant to be.

GSD experience preferred and serious inquiries only, please. If you have room in your heart and home for a dog like Reba, who has so much love to give despite her past, please consider meeting her. She’s ready to leave her painful history behind and start a new chapter filled with hope and happiness.
