My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone, we would like to introduce you to June. Born on April 11th 2024 to Momma Janet, June is one of 5 kittens from the litter.

June is already fixed, up to date on all shots and eating Purina One Kibble with the occasional can of Purina One Soft Food mixed in.

June is a SWEETHEART! Loves to be petted and while the other kittens are rushing for food she comes right to you for love and affection FIRST!
June loves to MEOW for attention and will climb your leg or back if she feels ignored =) She is a constant companion whenever we enter the room and there is no box she wont climb into and explore so be careful shipping packages around her =)

All the kittens from Junes litter are extremely socialized, are comfortable in arms and with affection, and in fact will seek you out for rubs and cuddles. Once they adjust I am sure they will be a welcomed and loving addition to any household.
If youre looking to take home June AND one of her litter mates, please also consider Dolly, Aretha, Franklin, and Jagger, she sure does love her siblings

Adoption fee is $150, which includes spay/neuter, current on vaccines, microchip, dewormed and free vet visit to be used within 5 days of adoption.

Our adoption center is open Saturdays from 11 to 4 and Sundays from 12 to 4. We are located inside the West Valley Mall in Tracy, 3200 Naglee Road in suite 452. We are a foster-based rescue so not ALL available cats and kittens will attend every weekend.

Our Vision

To rescue and nurture companion animals with the mission of finding them safe and happy adoptive homes. To create community awareness of the importance of spaying and neutering to avoid overpopulation and reduce the community euthanasia rate.

A Brief History

Animal Rescue of Tracy was founded in 1994 to meet an increasing need for compassionate care for abandoned or mistreated pets. In 2002, Animal Rescue of Tracy became a full-fledged, independent, non-profit rescue. In our existence we have rescued, spayed/neutered, and found homes for more than 5,000 cats and dogs. We rescue animals from the local shelter and work with the public in select abandonment situations.
