Meet Lucky - The Energetic Husky Ready for Her Next Adventure ?? Hello! My name is Lucky and I'm a 7-year-old female Alaskan Husky with a zest for life and a heart full of love. I'm a happy, energetic girl who adores people and gets along well with most other dogs. I used to be part of a sled dog team, but my person had to move and couldn't take us all with him. Now, I'm at the shelter, excited to find my new forever home. If you've ever dreamed of skijoring or just want a lively, adventurous companion, I might be the perfect girl for you! Visit www.northwoodshumanesociety.org, check out the adoptable animal's page, and fill out the dog adoption form. Once you submit it, a Canine Team Member will contact you to set up a time for us to meet. Let's start our next adventure together! ????

NHS works to place animals in good, loving homes. Potential families must complete a pre-adoption application. References are required and checked. There may be a 24 to 48 hour waiting period before adoption is finalized. All responsible adults in the family must be in agreement. The goal of NHS is for each adoption to be permanent.
