My name is Ivy!

My name is Ivy! I am approx 6 months old. I was born outdoors to a feral mama cat along with 5 siblings. A nice woman trapped and fixed my mama and the nice woman took all us kittens inside and reached out for rescue. I have been in foster care for my entire life. With that being said I am a great kitty. Admittedly, I am a little shy. However, I can be found sleeping on my foster humans bed and snuggling up close to humans I know. Strangers still make me nervous. 

My perfect home would include a patient human/family. I would need some time to get to know the routine and feel comfortable in my new surroundings. Having the safe space to decompress and relax is key to successful integration! I love sweetie treaties! (Thats what my foster mom calls treats) so I am very treat motivated. 

 I have been in foster care with kids, other cats and a small dog. I seem to get along well with everyone. I can be a little shy in new situations but I do warm up rather quickly.
