Arthur is a sweetheart wrapped up in yellow and white fur, athletically handsome, and always ready for fun. This boy loves to play, run, and wrestle with his brother Asher. Unless he is asleep, he is involved with some activity; Scaling the cat tree, wrestling at the top with his brother, hanging from one leg, and then chasing each other around the room, life is exciting and to be savored.
Although Arthur is an active boy he loves his people and enjoys lap time and snuggling. But after all he is a kitten and has lots of exploring and playing to do. This boy loves his foster, greeting her at the door, giving her lots of attention and inclusion in games.
Arthur would do best adopted with another young cat for companionship unless there is an energetic young cat already in the home ready for play and wrestling. He’d love to be adopted with his brother Asher.
He hasn’t met a dog yet but a gentle, cat friendly dog should be acceptable. Older gentle children would be enjoyed as playmates. If you are ready to add some kitty love and liveliness to your home submit your application, ask to meet Arthur and get ready for the games to begin. For more information or to apply to adopt, please go to: https://www.purrpartners.org/adopt/

More about this rescue
Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
