Foster cat`s bio for their adoption profile: Hey there! I go by the name Panzer, short for Panzerkampfwagen. My foster mom sometimes calls me Panz or Panzy, but I prefer to think of myself as a lion rather than a delicate flower!
I was found wandering around the Stonebridge area of Saskatoon in early February of 2022 when I was about six months old, and I ended up in Scat`s care for a while before being adopted. I`m now back with Scat after two years due to changes in my family`s situation. Just to let you know, I recently had surgery for a urinary blockage and will need to be on a special diet from now on.
I love to play with just about anything, but some of my absolute favourite toys are springs, stuffed mice, ball tracks, bouncy balls, hidey holes, and wand toys. I`m quite the chatterbox and enjoy telling stories to my humans throughout the day. Once I`m comfortable with you, I really enjoy attention and being petted. I`ll even start purring and kneading when you make eye contact with my big golden eyes. I`m gentle with my paws and would be a great fit for patient households, although younger children might need some guidance with me because I can be quite vocal when I`m scared or concerned.

More about this rescue
Since 1996 SCAT Street Cat Rescue's prime focus has been feral cats because of the limited options available for them. TNR is a successful option instead of the traditional trap and kill. The majority of the cats rescued by SCAT, however, are socialized and available for adoption. As the city grows, so to does the need for our services. Adopt, Donate, Volunteer, TODAY!
