Meet Bruiser!

This sweet old boy lost his home when his owner passed away. He was so confused and upset when he arrived with us. That is understandable. He is 13 years old and making transitions at that time of life can be hard.

Bruiser is settling nicely in his foster home. He is gaining confidence and starting to trust more. He is a good boy. He does not ask for much. Bruiser has a chronic dry eye condition that requires eye drops several times a day. Other than that he appears to be in good health. He will have some more years of love to give.

Bruiser will be vaccinated and chipped. His adoption fee is $125

We cover the medical to prepare the pet for adoption and the adopt donations go directly to cover those costs and range from $295-$495. Thank you for stepping up to save a life!

Submit Application

Please submit an application via our website for the dog you are interested in.

2.
Meet the Pet

Once we receive your application we will arrange a meet and greet for you with the dog in their foster home.

3.
Take the Pet Home

After the meet and greet, if all goes well, we offer a two week trial adoption to ensure the dog is indeed a good match for you.

Additional adoption info

All applicants have a two-week trial adoption period. If the trial adoption is successful, a final adoption contract is signed.

Saving Great Animals is a match-making rescue. All of our dogs are in foster homes and we work with you to help you find your best match. All of our dogs are vaccinated, chipped and spayed/neutered prior to adoption. All applicants have the opportunity to do a two-week trial adoption to ensure the dog is the right match for you. We are passionate about our work and transparent with you so that you find the dog that will be the love of your life.
