Being a lab mix, he’s got a big, goober, loveable personality. He loves love, baby talk, and attention. He’ll happily roll over to offer his stomach for belly rubs, and regularly shows his appreciation through big, sloppy kisses.

Although he’s full grown, he’s young & still has a lot of puppy energy in him. He already knows sit, shake (both paws), and down, but would benefit from someone willing to put in the time and patience to teach him additional manners.

He’s met with a trainer, because he’s just so smart, we wanted to be able to channel that brain power appropriately. As the trainer put it “Porter is a “trainers dog” because he is so smart and ready to work. He would excel in higher level competitions.”

He loves other dogs and would benefit from a fellow younger dog that would like to play.
