Meow or hello! My name is Pecan and I an adorable little girl who would love to be your new best pal. I am a 5 month old, female, Domestic Shorthair who came to SB Humane to find a loving family to call my own.

I am full of love and zoomies. I am quick to turn my motor on once you get me all snuggled up in your arms. I am always ready for a play session or snuggle on the couch. Come on in and get to know me, so I can win you over.

When I am adopted, I will have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped. My adopters will receive a certificate for a free veterinary exam and our partners at Purina will provide a supply of food for my first few days at home.

When you arrive, please stop by the front desk to meet with a counselor. Visitors are accompanied by staff or volunteers to keep our animals comfortable and minimize their stress.

Our campuses in Santa Barbara and Santa Maria offer adoptions, low-cost veterinary services, and affordable dog training classes.
