Hi, I'm Kamei, pronounced Kammie. Here's an update from my foster mom, Jane Borden of Columbus, OH: "Kamei is really sweet. She is only 3 years old according to the vet, and was 51 pounds when I took her. She is usually right there with you, but at a distance. About the fourth day she started playing with my dog. No aggression on her part. She shows no need to dominate. She has started to play with toys and chew on bones. She likes canned food, but she is gradually getting to like the dry food. I gave her a bath and she went right up to the bathroom for me -- but not in the tub. She took the bath very well." I was named by Paula because I remind her of Lei Lei, her sweet senior Pei. I came into the shelter as a stray and nobody came to look for me. That makes me sad but I'm just glad Stacy Moore saved my life and she has told me that the rest of my life will be much happier. I am also grateful to Jane for being my foster mom. Won't you please consider adopting me?
