Here's what the humans have to say about me:
*** AVAILABLE FOR ADOPTION, FOSTER, or FOSTER TO ADOPT ***
Meet Kite! He is currently in our P.A.C.K. Program, a 9-week intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer and he is almost ready to show off his new skills! His new abilities include 'sit', 'wave', 'shake' and more! New adopters should realize that PACK Program graduates will require regular, ongoing reinforcement of learned behaviors in order for them to become permanent.
Kite is full of love. He really enjoys the company of both humans and other dog. His handler states that if someone is looking for a best friend, not just a pet, Kite is the one for you. He will do anything you ask of him, especially if treats and love are given in return.
He enjoys likes playing with the other dogs in PACK. Once in a while he has to be reminded to calm down with his play, but he listens well.
Kite should not go to a home with cats though. He is a bit too focused on them.
He is still young, and we recommend he gets ample amounts of daily exercise. Once he gets an outlet for his energy, he is a cuddly dog who will enjoy a wintery night full of Netflix's and popcorn with his favorite people. If you're looking for a handsome lad to spend the holidays and beyond with, apply to meet Kite today!
