Bridgette is a pure bred Irish Wolfhound. She's mostly laid back, but gets very excited for walks and meal times. She is leash and potty trained and has no chewing issues. She needs to be an only dog, but she is fine with cats. She is pure love and would be a welcome addition to someone who loves big dogs. NO OTHER DOGS. In her foster home, she doesn't do well with the little dogs in the home.

Additional adoption info

We require potential adopters to fill out an application, and a home check is also part of the process. We look at each dog and each adopter on an individual basis and work to create a lasting and forever bond. All companion animals must be spayed or neutered, UTD on vaccinations, and on heartworm preventative. Our adoption fee is $250 unless otherwise noted.

Ruff Love was founded by Sue Rogers in response to the overwhelming numbers of abandoned dogs in the Randolph County/Davidson County area. Over time, we have developed a network of volunteers and foster homes. Our rescue efforts are geared toward dogs. We are a 501(c)(3)non-profit organization so all donations to us are tax deductible. Currently, we are caring for over 100 dogs in our program, and almost 70 are adoptable. Most of the dogs that are not up for adoption are either old or are suffering from chronic health conditions. They will live out their days well cared for and comfortable in with Ruff Love Rescue.
