My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Simba is a cute 3-month old male kitten who was brought to the HSOV on July 25, 2024 after he was found fending for himself on Hart Street in Marietta Ohio.

Simba has an orange tabby short smooth coat, a long ringed tail, and a sweet kitten face with golden eyes, a pink nose, a dusting of white on his muzzle, and long white whiskers.

This little lovebug has a friendly, outgoing personality and was eager for attention the moment he stepped his cute paws in our shelter.

Simba was given vaccinations, wormer and flea treatment on July 27, 2024. He weighed 3.3 lbs that day.

These photos were taken on July 25th soon after Simba had made his arrival at HSOV. He was very gracious and courteous to the photographer but it was obvious that he was more interested in devouring a nice bowl of kitten chow that our fantastic HSOV Kennel Techs had dished up just for his dining pleasure.

If Simba is not reclaimed, he will be neutered in the near future and will be looking for a loving home.

UPDATE: Simba was neutered on August 5, 2024 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 3.7 lbs that day.
