Say hello to Neon! This guy was formerly a stud in a puppy mill but he has left that world behind him!

Neon is a loyal guy that loves the ladies! He follows foster mom everywhere and has even jumped in the shower to be with her! He has just started to play and currently his favorite friend is the handsome pup that looks back at him in the stove's shiny surface! He can keep himself pretty entertained!

Neon is mostly good with other dogs but sometimes his chi attitude presents itself and he gets jealous and doesn't want to share a lap. It's all just for show and hasn't done anything. Little dogs and big attitudes seem to go hand in hand with chihuahua breed.

Neon is a master at being a lap dog and just wants a person to love!

PLEASE NOTE: We are a volunteer ran rescue with full time jobs. Please allow 7-10 days for application processing.
All of our dogs are in foster homes and a meet and greet is done ONLY after an approved application.
We do adopt out of the area. However, we do not ship or provide transportation. You must come to the location of the dog to meet and adopt. NO EXCEPTION. All family members and dogs must be present at the meet.
Dogs are a commitment for THEIR lifetime. For puppies this could be 15 years. If YOU cannot commit to the lifetime of the DOG, please do not apply. Puppies under 9 months must go to a home where there is someone home frequently (works from home or a partner is home), can adequately socialize and train the puppy, and can keep up with puppy energy!
