Tallulah is a very active and playful little frenchie. She loves other dogs of all sizes and gets along great with children. She is a perfect sized lap dog. Belly rubs are where it's at! Just like potato chips, you can't just have one...

Tallulah is adoptable only with her sister Ophelia, as they are very bonded. Tallulah is shy at first meeting but warms up quickly and is the life of the party.
