My name is Sandy!

Hi my name is Sandy! I am a proud new mama who just gave birth to 8 puppies on 06/19/24. My puppies were born at the Devore Animal shelter. I originally had a family home in Big Bear, however that home was deemed unsafe and unsanitary for humans and animals alike. Over 50+ dogs were removed from this terrible situation. I was one of the lucky ones to make it to Devore Animal Shelter, however I was then at the mercy of a kind soul to come along and rescue not just me, but my 8 puppies as well. A rescue was put into place and a transporter was sent to get us. We have been enjoying foster care for the last 2 weeks and boy let me tell ya, it is way less chaotic in a foster home than it was in that dirty, cold shelter. The only thing missing now is my own human or family. I would love to be adopted with one of my puppies but it is not mandatory. I am a very sweet girl with a gentle disposition.
