Sweetpea is just what her name implies; sweet and super friendly. She absolutely loves humans and will readily come up to anyone for attention and some head scratches. Sweetpea has the biggest eyes we've ever seen on a cat. We think that makes her exceptionally cute. She is on a smaller side for being a full grown adult.
When Sweetpea was brought in, the people who picked her up outside said she had been bullied by an alpha feral female cat. She had a lot of scratches on her nose and a few in other places on her body. Perhaps this is why she is not too fond of other cats. While Sweetpea lives with cats in her foster home, it takes her a while to get used to new ones. She hisses to try to keep them away, but doesn't try to fight. Her perfect home would be a single cat home where she can be the center of attention or a home with and easy going independent cat.
Sweetpea is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and microchipped. She tested negative for FIV/FeLV. She recently had bloodwork done and everything was within normal range. Her adoption fee is $145. Sweetpea is fostered in Tinley Park.

Our mission at One Goal Animal Foundation is to provide for rescue, foster care, and adoption of homeless cats and dogs. While we do admit some dogs into our program, our primary focus is on saving stray cats and kittens. The majority of cats accepted into our program are humanely trapped by our own team. We also work with local animal control facilities and other shelters to pull cats in need. We accept owner surrenders on a limited basis.
