This helps Circle 2 Rescue - Colorado Chapter with pet care costs.
Having recently wrapped up caring for her brood of 9 puppies, sweet Sorrell is ready for a life of her own! It only takes a moment in Sorrel's presence to feel her calm, endearing energy and her affectionate nature will instantly steal your heart. She adores attention and will sit quietly with you while you pet her. Her foster mom adores her and Sorrel sleeps quietly and contently on her bed at night. Despite having lived on the streets with her babies until we rescued her, Sorrel has remarkable house manners and has not had one accident in the house. She is well behaved and does not get into mischief. While Sorrell was quite shy upon her arrival, she was quick to understand that she was safe and she would be well cared for. She is still a little shy in new situations but draws comfort from her people and also the other large male dog in her foster home. While living on the streets, Sorrell suffered an injury to her eye and was removed on August 21, 2024. She has also tested positive for heartworm and has completed her treatment. The only ongoing need for Sorrell is that she must be on monthly heartworm preventatives. We are seeking a hike who appreciates the calm steadiness of a well behaved adult dog and since she is great with other dogs, that would be nice also.
If you would like to adopt please apply at https://www.circle2rescue.com/dog-adoption-application/ The adoption fee of $250 includes the spay/neuter, vaccinations, deworming and microchip.
Please note, Circle 2 Rescue cannot guarantee the breed, composition or ages of our dogs as we usually have limited history prior to them entering the rescue.
