Woodrow has a beef with the current Olympic TV coverage – he’s pissed off that they haven’t covered the most important event in the world - The All-Around Competition for the Worlds Best Chiweenie. And yes, this adorable and loving boy (most of the time), won this prestigious medal.
Event #1 Being a Velcro Dog
Not only does he get the Gold medal in this event, but he breaks both the olympic and world records. Once he picks his person, this guy is head over heels in love with you. He wants to be as close to you as possible, preferably holding the podium position of in your lap. And yes, if you don’t close the bathroom door all the way, he will nudge the door open and enjoy sit at your feet. You also never have to worry again about being lonely while you take a shower, Woodrow finds a comfy spot on the bathmat and patiently waits for you. While Woodrow happily sleeps in his crate, he would be thrilled to get to sleep in the big bed if there was a spot.
Event #2 The 2 Mile Walk
Another gold medal around Woodrows neck for this one! He’s great on a leash and loves to walk (and walk and walk). The more walking Woodrow does, the less energy he has to plot his world takeover. There is currently some debate between Woodrow and his foster dad about whether is plan is a fabulous or terribe idea.
Event #3 Protectiveness
He did such an amazing job in this event that the Olympic committee made an unprecendent decisoin and awarded him TWO gold medals in this event. Woodrow is convinced that he owns his foster home – like pays the mortage and his foster family should be grateful that he allows them to live in it. So he protects the house from new people like it’s his job. New people that come into the house and startle him, are likely to be greeted with a nip on the ankle. But with proper introductions, he quickly accepts the new person (with some barking at first, of course) and will even quickly sit on their lap so they can give him much deserved head scratches for being such an amazing boy. Because of his prowress in this important event, he needs a quiet home wihtout a lot of visitors and no kids under 12.
Event #4 Playing
Woodrow loves to play – he will even bring you a toy and shove it into your hand. His goal is to master tug of war to compete in Los Angelos 2025 and he’s making great progress on his training plan. And when he gets super excited, you get to see him perform another event he excels at – the zoomies. We might be biased, but he wins both style and excution points for the world’s most adorable zoomies.
Event #5 Barking
It wouldn’t be a chiweenie all-around competition wihout this important event. And while Woodrow excels at barking, he only wins a bronze medal because you can redirect him with verbal cues and squirt bottle. But he’s defintely not a fit for an apartment or condo – unless you want to test out the eviction process or at least piss off your neighbors.
Event #6 Finding the Perfect Spot
Woodrow’s spends a good part of his day training for this event. Sometimes it’s burrowning deep in his blankets. Other times it’s the sunshine spot on the floor. But most of time it’s his favorite spot in the sunroom.
Event #7 Protecting the World from Evil Vacume Cleaners
Woodrow thinks that vacume cleaners are going to take over the world and has made it his personal mission to remove all of them from existence. This event is coming up tonight and he’s been in training for days. As the reining world champion, Vegas has him winning by a landslide.
Woodrow is UTD on shots, heartworm negative neutered, had a dental cleaning, and microchipped. His new family will need to travel to Raleigh to adopt him – no transports. We prefer to adopt to NC, VA, SC and DC area.
