My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

DOB 3/12/24

Are you ready to add some joy and playfulness to your life? Look no further! Freya and Flora, two beautiful and affectionate cats, are seeking their forever home together.

Freya has bolder stripes and a sweet personality to match. She's so snuggly soft! Though a bit shy at first, Freya becomes super playful once comfortable.

Flora has thinner stripes and is the braver of the two. She's equally teddy bear soft, curious and loves to explore new surroundings.

Both girls:

  • Are great with other cats (with a warm-up period)

  •  May be suitable for older, calmer dogs (with space)

  •  Adore toys, especially ones with balls and crinkly sounds!

By adopting Freya and Flora together, you'll be giving them the gift of a lifelong companionship. They'll bring double the joy, double the snuggles, and double the fun to their forever home. If you're ready to open your heart and home to these delightful sisters, let us know!

More about this rescue

Rescue/Shelter Description

The Village Mews was founded to improve the lives of stray, abandoned and displaced cats and kittens in upstate SC. We are a 501(c)(3), non-profit, in-home foster rescue. Our felines reside in caring foster homes, where they thrive in safe indoor environments. Any cat that is accepted into our foster program will remain with a loving foster family until adopted. Our volunteers work patiently with each cat providing them with medical care, socialization and rehabilitation. Once our cats are socially acclimated, in good health and have completed their medical requirements they begin their journey to finding their perfect forever homes.
As a volunteer based non-profit, we depend on the generosity and support of our Village. We are grateful for all monetary donations as well as in-kind donations such as dry/ canned food and litter. We rely on private contributions to continue our rescue efforts.
