My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Blink! Coming in at around 6-8 years old, Blink has dropped those puppy tendencies and is a 100% chiller. She is housetrained, walks beautifully on the leash, and is very gentle with children and friendly with everyone. She's a pro at taking naps in any type of situation as she is super calm and would be happy to just snooze at your feet while you work all day. She sleeps through the night and you will be the one to wake her up for her morning walk as opposed to the other way around! She's got a bit of separation anxiety, so someone who works from home or is retired would be the best fit for her. She's a big girl, but very light on her feet and quiet, so apartment life would suit her well. She prefers short walks and long naps and knows basic commands (I told you she's nearly perfect), doesn't care about toys, and is a tidy eater. She has the sweetest smile and beautiful, honey colored, soulful eyes, and she absolutely melts everyone she meets. Come meet Blink today and see if she's a good fit for you.

ALL adoptions require a completed application and final contract. The application can be found at  WaldosRescue.org  and once you are approved to adopt you will be put in touch with the foster to see if it’s a good match. We are a RESCUE not a shelter. We conduct veterinary and personal reference checks during the application approval process. We are unable to contact every applicant for every dog.  We will select the best applicant for each dog, based on the dogs needs.

Waldos Rescue Pen is a 501c3 whose primary focus is rescuing dogs from the euthanasia list from high kill shelters throughout the United States
